||Kharas Region Governor, Aletha Frederick, at a consultative meeting in Keetmanshoop organized by the Namibia Training Authority, emphasized the need for a responsive and inclusive education system. She advocated for the development of formal pathways in the technical, vocational, education, and training sector to better align with labor market demands and ensure equitable access to quality education for all Namibians, including marginalized communities. NTA TVET Standard Manager Amon Haufiku pointed out challenges in the TVET system, such as limited access to technical skills and inadequate industry response.
