Kamala Harris campaign raises $310 million in July

Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign has announced it raised more than 300 million dollars in July, the largest monthly total so far in this year’s election cycle. The majority of those donations came after US President Joe Biden’s announcement that he wouldn’t seek reelection. Ira Spitzer reports.
