Capricorn Foundation Supports Gobabis Hospital with Infusion Pumps

Background

The Capricorn Foundation has donated 10 infusion pumps, worth N$264,500, to the Gobabis State Hospital Pediatric Ward to aid malnourished children. Veripura Muukua, Coordinator at the foundation, noted that this support is part of their broader effort to tackle malnutrition, which has affected around 2,000 children in Namibia this year. Governor Pijoo Nganate praised the donation, highlighting its importance given the region’s ongoing drought and food insecurity.
