Third person arrested over Taylor Swift attack plot

A third person has been arrested in connection with a plot to carry out a terror attack at Taylor Swift’s concerts in Austria. Security officials say they have detained a 19-year-old who was planning to kill “a large crowd” of concertgoers in Vienna. our US correspondent Nick Harper reports.
