Tropical storm Maria makes landfall in Japan

Tropical Storm Maria has made landfall in northern Japan dumping a month’s worth of rain on the region. Officials say it’s just the third such storm to hit this part of the country’s Pacific coast since records began. East Asia correspondent William Denselow reports.
