Hurricane Debby leaves US

A deadly tropical storm has wreaked widespread destruction along the east coast of United States, leaving tens of thousands of people without power and facing the threat of flooding. Hurricane Debby initially struck Florida and the Carolinas, before moving northwards, as Benji Hyer reports.
