Aminuis Agricultural Show Highlights Community’s Farming Heritage

The 20th edition of the Aminuis Agricultural and Industrial Show began on Wednesday at the Aminuis Showgrounds in the Omaheke Region, running until Sunday. The event celebrates the strong agricultural tradition of the Aminuis community, attracting hundreds of farmers and showcasing the region’s agricultural prowess. Organizer, Metarere Ngeenguno emphasized the show’s importance as a key event in Namibia, offering workshops and seminars on sustainable farming and animal husbandry. Despite challenges like drought, the show aims to equip farmers with the knowledge and skills needed for profitable farming, while fostering community pride and spirit.
