In six months, more than 30 rhinos were poached in Etosha National Park, leading to the arrest of 42 suspects, including Namibians and Angolans. Oshikoto Regional Commander, Commissioner Teopolina Kalompo-Nashikaku, highlighted the need for stronger security and cooperation with local communities to combat poaching.
