In The U.S, Columbia University President resigns

The president of Columbia University has announced her resignation after a little more than a year on the job. For months Minouche Shafik was criticised for the protests at the university’s Manhattan campus over the war in Gaza. Shafik tendered her resignation on Wednesday. Jody Jacobs reports.
