China and Philippines trade accusations following collision

China and the Philippines are trading accusations after several coast guard vessels collided in a disputed part of the South China Sea. Beijing says the actions taken by Manila were deliberate while Philippines officials accuse the Chinese coast guard of acting recklessly. William Denselow reports from Hong Kong.
