Quad prepare to tackle China tensions

US-China tensions will be in focus this weekend when US President Joseph Biden holds a meeting with the leaders of India, Australia and Japan. The Quad Summit will look at ways to counter security in the Indo-Pacific amid increased Chinese assertiveness. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
