Namib Mills is investigating after three children in South Africa reportedly died after consuming its vanilla-flavoured Top Score instant maize porridge. Although no evidence currently links the product to the deaths, all Top Score porridge has been temporarily withdrawn from shelves in Namibia and South Africa. The company is cooperating with authorities and will provide updates as the investigation continues.
