Rosa Namises and APP Back LGBTQI+ Rights Ahead of Elections….

Background

Independent candidate Rosa Namises and the All People’s Party have expressed their support for the LGBTQI+ community, standing in contrast to most political parties, which have stated they do not back gay rights but still seek votes from the community. Speaking at a public engagement hosted by the Alliance Christian Churches of Namibia, APP President Ambrosius Kumbwa emphasized that the fundamental rights of the LGBTQI+ community are non-negotiable.
