Hurricane Milton heads for already storm-ravaged Florida

Another hurricane is barreling towards the already storm-ravaged US gulf-coast. A state of emergency has been declared in parts of Florida while the state is still clearing up from the effects of hurricane Helene. Our US correspondent Kate Fisher has the report for us:
