Vote counting in India administered Jammu and Kashmir

Results of the regional legislature election in the Indian administered Jammu and Kashmir region will be out on Tuesday with pollsters saying no one party could reach the majority mark. It’s the first election in a decade in the area that’s claimed in whole by India, Pakistan and China – but controlled in parts by all of them. As Ishan Garg reports from New Delhi.
