SWAPO commits to women empowerment

SWAPO Party Women’s Council Secretary, Fransina Kahungu, maintains that the ruling party has made progress in turning women’s empowerment into a tangible reality. She adds that the party has proven the critics who doubted its 50/50 gender policy wrong.
