Herbert Jauch, labor researcher and social justice advocate, recently addressed the critical issue of natural resource management, emphasizing the need for all Namibians to benefit equitably from the country’s wealth. Speaking ahead of the upcoming elections, Jauch argued that while the principle of resource sharing is widely accepted, it remains largely theoretical unless concrete steps are taken to ensure that Namibia’s natural wealth genuinely benefits the majority.
