Meanwhile, in Okakarara, a 25-year-old Namibian male was arrested for unlawfully slaughtering three goats valued at N$4,500 from a grazing field between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the same day. The police recovered all three carcasses, and investigations are ongoing.
