The City of Windhoek has responded to recent inaccurate reports alleging that land allocated for the Windhoek District Hospital is being sold. An article published in the Windhoek Observer on October 24, suggested that CoW was transferring this land to a private entity and insinuated that the Ministry of Health and Social Services misled the public during a recent groundbreaking ceremony. In its response, the City clarified the facts regarding the land allocation, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and community engagement in the ongoing development of the District Hospital.
