Kamala Harris to give major address in Washington

US Vice-President Kamala Harris will deliver her ‘closing argument’ to voters, in a major speech in the heart of the nation’s capital. She’ll speak at the Ellipse, a site next to the White House where then President Donald Trump addressed a mob of his supporters before they launched a deadly riot on Congress in an attempt to overturn the outcome of the last election.
