Flying by private jet, buying a second home, and the cost of employing people will all become more expensive as the UK Chancellor announces the first budget by the Labour government, elected earlier in the year. But the opposition Conservative Party says Wednesday’s announcement is full of broken promises. Stuart Smith has more, from London.
