China’s Shanghai braces for torrential rain as Typhoon Kong-rey advances

China’s financial hub Shanghai is bracing for potentially the worst rains in more than 40 years as Typhoon Kong-rey. The powerful storm caused two deaths and 515 injuries in Taiwan, while more than 11,900 people were evacuated. Laura Westbrook reports.
