Air quality in India’s capital dips to “severe” levels

Air Quality in parts of New Delhi has dipped to “severe” levels – with pollutants spiking to 10 times the permissible limits. Overall, the air quality in the capital remained in the very poor category. Officials could now bring in more measures to tackle the pollution, as Ishan Garg reports from New Delhi.
