Several political parties have voiced concerns about the Electoral Commission deciding to produce an additional 400,000 ballot papers for the forthcoming national elections on November 27, inclusive of 200,000 surplus ballots for both the presidential and National Assembly elections, despite having only 1.4 million registered voters.
