Modi hits out at Canada in deepening diplomatic row

Indian prime minister Narendra Modi has hit out at Canada in an escalating row, accusing the country of making “cowardly attempts to intimidate” India’s diplomats. Both countries last month expelled each other’s top diplomats after Canada claimed that India was targeting Indian dissidents in the country. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
