S.A’s NPA Confident Constitutional Court Will Dismiss Magudumana’s Potential Appeal on Extradition

S.A’s National Prosecuting Authority says it is confident that even if doctor Nandipha Magudumana approaches the Constitutional Court over her extradition, the appeal would be dismissed. The Supreme Court of Appeal has reserved judgment in the appeal matter by Magudumana to have her arrest in Tanzania declared unlawful. She claims her deportation was a disguised extradition.
