Free Career Guidance for the Norwegian Boy Child

Tuuda Haitula, an industrial psychologist, recently spearheaded the “Free Career Guidance for the Norwegian Boy Child” program, which quickly grew from 30 to 150 participants. The initiative aimed to help young men transition from school to the workforce, offering advice on CV writing, interview preparation, and career development. Participants reported positive outcomes, including securing internships and job interviews, thanks to the program’s practical insights and expert-led sessions. Tuuda hopes to continue the program annually, empowering young men to excel in a competitive job market.
