Trump taps RFK for health lead

US President-elect Donald Trump is tapping anti-vaccine activist Robert F Kennedy Jr to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. RFK was a former presidential candidate before dropping out and endorsing Trump. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
