Filipinos are cleaning up after the sixth major storm to pound the Philippines in a month uprooted trees, destroyed flimsy houses and knocked out power for hundreds of thousands of people. No immediate deaths have been reported, but there was “extensive” damage to structures. Laura Westbrook reports.
