Delhi and neighbouring areas enveloped by toxic smog

Large parts of north India continue to be enveloped by a thick layer of toxic smog. While air pollution levels have dipped marginally since touching a new high of 1200 on pollution monitors, emergency measures imposed earlier in the week will stay in place.
