Japan’s Ishiba criticized for behavior at APEC.

 

 

Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba is receiving backlash in Japan for “bad manners” at the APEC forum summit in Peru. Posters are criticizing Ishiba online after footage showed him greeting other leaders while remaining seated. Chris Gilbert reports from Japan.
