‘Bomb cyclone’ leaves Americans dead

Parts of the United States are facing heavy rainfall and flooding in the wake of a historically strong bomb cyclone. Areas of northwest California are at risk of life-threatening flooding, while parts of Washington state were left without power following strong storms. Sally Patterson has more.
