Rehoboth Welcomes Ronald Windswaai as New CEO

Ronald Robert Windswaai has been appointed as the new CEO of Rehoboth Town Council. With over 28 years of experience in local government, he began his career with the council in 2011 and returned in 2022 as HR Manager after serving as CEO of Aranos Town Council. Windwaai holds several qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree. His leadership aims to transform Rehoboth into a hub for investment, development, and efficient service delivery
