India's richest and second most populous state Maharashtra (prono: MAH-HA-RUSH-TRA) is voting to choose a new government on Wednesday. The election is important for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's party, the BJP, after it failed to win a majority India's general election earlier this year. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
