Erastus Utoni Urges Citizens To Celebrate Nandi-Ndaitwah’s victory

The Urban and Rural Development minister, Erastus Uutoni ,urged the nation to celebrate the victory of the President Elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah during last week’s election. He was speaking at Ongwediva on Wednesday.
