Trustco Calls General Meeting for Legal Shield Holdings Acquisition Vote

Trustco has set a General Meeting for January 7, 2025, where shareholders will vote on acquiring an additional 1,135 shares in Legal Shield Holdings for N$469 million, increasing its stake to 91.35%.
