ENG US President Biden issues more end-of-term pardons

US President Joseph Biden today handed out dozens more pardons and commuted almost 1,500 sentences — the largest single-day act of clemency in modern American history. The sweeping act will be one of his final uses of the Presidential power before he leaves office next month.Benji Hyer reports.
