Fixed-line calls remained steady, but mobile-to-fixed-line calls grew by 38%, driven by communication with businesses and government offices. Telecom Namibia relied heavily on MTC for inter-network call routing, with only 0.2% of its calls being on-net. Meanwhile, 98% of MTC’s outgoing calls were terminated within its network, highlighting its market dominance.
