US authorities say a member of Japan’s criminal underworld has pleaded guilty to trafficking nuclear materials from Myanmar. 60-year-old Takeshi Ebisawa also pleaded guilty to international narcotics trafficking and weapons charges. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Tokyo.
