Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that some 4,000 North Korean soldiers have been killed or wounded while fighting alongside Russian troops against Ukraine. He added that Russia turning to North Korea shows the weakness of president Vladimir Putin. Rebecca Bundhun reports.
