The World Bank has highlighted the need for urgent improvements in Namibia’s education and health systems despite substantial investments. According to its country partnership framework, public services in these sectors face challenges like inequitable education access, poor infrastructure, inadequate teacher support, and low early childhood education access. On health, the report notes persistent inequalities in universal coverage, staffing shortages, and insufficient planning.
