NAMFISA appoints Heita as Change Management Specialist

The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) has appointed Gloria Heita as its Change Management Specialist, effective 2 December 2024.

According to the regulator, Heita brings extensive experience from her career at prominent organisations, including Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Namdeb Diamond Corporation, and Anglo-American plc. Her expertise spans Human Resources, Organisational Development, Project Management, Leadership Development, and Change Management.

A graduate of the University of Namibia, Heita holds a degree in Industrial Psychology, providing her with a strong foundation in human resources and change management practices.

NAMFISA expressed confidence in Heita’s ability to contribute to the organisation’s objectives through her dynamic leadership and extensive experience.
