In S.A, the DA says minister in the Presidency, Responsible for Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation, Maropene Ramokgopa, must scrap the National State Enterprises Bill. The bill released for public comment last Friday, has drawn sharp criticism from different sectors, arguing that the legislation could facilitate the sale of state-owned enterprises, and fails to improve the current state of affairs.
