Forensics Chief Injured in Namdia Robbery

The Namibian Police Head of Forensics, Commissioner Nelius Becker told Future Media News he broke both his ankles when he fell from the roof of the Namib Desert Diamonds building during a robbery on Saturday. A robbery involving four suspects occurred Saturday at Namdia’s premises. Two suspects are currently in police custody.
