Chinese state media plays down inauguration

U.S President Donald Trump held off unveiling China-specific tariffs on his first day in office, and said he would be having “meetings and calls” with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Initial reaction to US President Donald Trump’s inauguration speech was fairly muted in China. Laura Westbrook has more.
