Amupanda’s Lawyers Withdraw Judge Recusal Application in Red Line Case

Lawyers for Affirmative Repositioning leader Job Amupanda have withdrawn their application for Judge Ueitele Shafimana’s recusal in the red line case. One Africa Tv’s Ellen Shihepo reports that this followed Shafimana’s directive for the application to be formalized in writing and for the lawyers to testify on their reasons. The withdrawal, submitted by Kadhila Aamomo, cited time and resource constraints for securing new legal representation.
