The High Court of Namibia has issued a legal order against Affirmative Repositioning Movement leader  Job Shipululo Amupanda, authorising the seizure of his movable property to settle an outstanding debt. According to High Court documents, the legal execution stems from a judgment dated 12 December 2023, in favour of Andre Xavier Compion, Diethelm Metzger, and the Namibian Agricultural Union. The creditors are seeking to recover N$91,440.69 in legal costs, plus interest at a rate of 20% per annum from 10 April 2024. The court further ordered that any additional costs incurred in the process be covered by the debtor.

The enforcement of the writ indicates the legal proceedings against Amupanda, whose property at Erf 226, Eros Park, Windhoek, is subject to attachment for auction.
