Many unemployed men in Windhoek wait by the roadside for job opportunities, but some have gone years without success. On the ground for us and now reporting is One Africa TV’s NewsOnOne journalist Ketemba Tjipepa:

The Statistics Agency puts the unemployment in Kavango West as a surge from 33% in 2018 to 52.8% in 2023, while Omusati and Ohangwena also saw sharp increases.
