Namibia’s Welwitchia University and the Bulawayo Polytechnic in Zimbabwe have formalized a strategic collaboration with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. Innocent Shangombe is the Marketing and Brand Officer at Welwitchia University, he expands on this partnership .
