U.S President Biden blocks major steel takeover

  Outgoing US President Joseph Biden has officially blocked a Japanese company from buying the United States Steel Corporation, warning that foreign ownership would pose a danger to national security. Western Cape police Hunt Suspects After Father and Daughter Shot Dead

  The Western Cape police have launched a manhunt for suspects after a man and his daughter were shot dead inside their home in Delft on Friday night. Police spokesperson, Wesley Twigg says according to reports the victims were at home when they heard gunshots on the outside of their house. He says unknown gunmen then entered the house, and shot the male and female before fleeing the scene:
